Learning Japanese Update
I’m now a few weeks in and my mix of tools is a little different than when I started.
After the first few lessons, Duolingo lost it’s usefulness. My core practice is now:
- WaniKani for vocab
- NihongoShark’s Anki deck for learning Kanji
- Tae Kim’s guide to grammar
I’m going to stick with these for another month or so and then focus on listening skills. I’m keeping an eye out for bilingual manga (comics) and easy anime but I think they’re still a bit beyond me...
